What we process, who receives it and how to contact us.
UpdatedResponsibilities
Saylow manages account, support and billing data for its service. The business receiving calls determines the purposes of handling inquiries; Saylow processes that information for it under the service settings. Where GDPR applies, controller and processor responsibilities require an appropriate processing agreement. This notice is not that agreement.
Information and your choice
We process sign-in and contact details, business information and instructions, caller numbers, live call audio, transcripts and inquiry summaries, usage, payment and security records. Providing information is generally voluntary, but without verification details or information needed for activation we cannot provide the requested operation. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive data.
Purposes
Information is used for authentication, answering calls, displaying and emailing inquiries to the business, usage measurement, payments, support, abuse prevention and legal obligations. Where GDPR applies, the basis depends on the activity: contract, legal obligation, an appropriate legitimate interest or consent where required. Visiting the site is not blanket consent to every use.
Providers and recipients
Lovable hosts the website and public app interface; authentication, private data and backend services run separately on AWS. AWS provides infrastructure and SES email; Cloudflare supports network delivery and access security; Twilio provides telephony and SMS verification; OpenAI processes the conversation; Google supplies sign-in when selected; iCount and PayMe handle payment. An inquiry summary goes to the address set by the business. Access is restricted by account and role. Card details are entered with the payment provider, not in the business profile form.
Audio, recordings and retention
Processing live audio is different from retaining a recording file. Transcripts and inquiries may remain even without a recording. Check the line configuration before uses requiring a particular recording policy. Subscription cancellation does not immediately erase records. Deletion requests are assessed against service purposes, accounting, security and dispute requirements; backups and providers may have different retention cycles. International processing and agreements
Providers may process data outside Israel, including Europe and the United States, depending on product and settings. Using a provider does not itself establish a lawful transfer mechanism. Before activities requiring particular arrangements, confirm processing locations, processing agreements, subprocessors and transfer measures. This notice does not assert that a particular arrangement has been signed for you or that all data stays in Israel.
Requests and rights
For access, correction, deletion or restriction requests under applicable law, contact info@saylow.ai. Where GDPR applies, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and a complaint to a competent supervisory authority may also be available. We request only information needed to verify identity and handle the request. Requests about another business’s call are coordinated with that business according to its data responsibilities.
Contact form requests
Contact details and message content are used to answer the request and are sent to info@saylow.ai. The contact-form database record is automatically removed 90 days after creation; rate-limit data lasts up to 24 hours. A mailbox copy may remain for handling the request or legal obligations. This is not a retention period for all service data. No automatic email acknowledgment is sent to the submitter.
Cookies and security
Optional measurement tools follow your cookie choice, separately from signing in. Absolute security is not guaranteed. Report suspected unauthorised access and never include passwords, sign-in codes or card details in a support request.
